have actually signed the appropriate draft, verbal authorization of the use
of your credit card confirms your reservation. A 25% deposit of the full amount
of any reservation or extension is requested immediately in advance. The deposit
is forfeited in the event of cancellation and you will be advised upon
confirmation of your booking with Executive Suites Inc.
CHANGES AFTER CONFIRMATIONS
Any changes in your reservations after they have been confirmed by Executives
Travel Suites Ltd. may be subject to an administration charge of $40.00
per booking. Acceptance of changes in check-in dates remains at the sole
discretion of Executives Travel Suites Ltd. and may be viewed as a cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
Written notice of cancellations must be received by Executives Travel Suites
Inc. in the event of cancellation. Refunds of rental payments depends upon a
Travel Suite being re-rented for the same period of time, whether prior or
during occupancy of a furnished Travel Suite. Clients are responsible for daily
rates in the event of weekly and monthly cancellations. A minimal administration
fee may be assessed for any cancellation.
